all my life I was able to eat anything and stay thin. it all changed when menopause hit at 50I was over weight and frumpy, depressed with the thought that I had no choice this was me for ever ... but at 59 I got sick of it, lost 30#'s and started running again. I'm turning 70 in March and I am in better shape than ever. I've lost another 10#'s just by eating healthy, exercising and eliminating preservatives from my diet.
